If you are not completely satisfied with your annie O. product our policy is as follows: All merchandise purchased at annieoboutique.com may be returned within 7 days upon receipt for an exchange or annie O. credit (subtracting the original shipping and handling fees). The credit is only usable online. annie O. credit is valid for six months from date of issue. Once your credit has expired it becomes invalid.

Please note that all annie O. products are individually crafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations add to the unique beauty. All pieces are one of a kind and colors and designs may vary. We also have made every effort to display as accurate as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website.
All items returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. We will not accept returns of used or soiled merchandise.
We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.
